A light scheme palette engulfed the Gymea Bay Residence in an atmosphere of contemporary coastal living. With a modern approach to a small property townhouse, design elements illuminated this residence in parallel to contemporary living.

The vision for this home saw natural lighting as a principle characteristic, accentuated by custom arches and feature panels around the windows to embrace the textural elements of the exposed brick wall. The white timber flooring followed the second floor with a custom balustrade, demonstrating a thoughtful design process. Cool metallic fixtures were dispersed across the home to complement and highlight the clean, sleek features of contemporary living.
